Meet the Team!

Hilary Curwen:

As a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. Hilary understands that change is not linear. She works with clients in a trusting, supportive space — helping individuals and couples fully explore the present by identifying triggers from their past. Together, she explores relationships patterns and behavior that are no longer serving you, and help to create healthier ways forward through a holistic, collaborative approach. She specializes in narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, dating, codependency, grief, and life transitions; and she approaches therapy with empathy, humor, and respect for each client’s individual needs. Her role is to help you create a greater sense of well-being and self-love.

Bethany Price:

As a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. Bethany believes that we all contain creative resources and strengths to navigate living. Through honoring and respecting individual lived experience, Bethany collaborates with clients to cultivate self-compassion, awareness in the present, and growth. She specializes in grief & loss, trauma, life transitions, depression, , creative blockages, and neurodivergence. In her approach to therapy, she helps clients explore and discover new possibilities that support positive change and new meaning.  Bethany’s holistic perspective is combined with curiosity, empathy, and humor. As your therapist, she provides support and compassionate containment for processing pain from the past, life challenges, and limiting beliefs about self.

Jessie:

In her practice, Jessie takes a warm, client-centered, and integrative approach, utilizing a combination of ACT, brief, narrative, psychodynamic, relational and compassion-based therapy techniques. Through a collaborative process, clients gain insight into their family dynamics and past events, illustrating how these factors have influenced their current life experiences and patterns. Clients also receive valuable tools and skills to cope with challenges, gain empowerment, repair relationships, and develop agency, both within and outside the therapy room.

Her current work focuses on supporting children, adolescents, and adults within the context of individual, family, and/or couples therapy. Together, they work through a wide range of issues, including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, OCD, self-worth, relationships, dating, phase of life transitions, parenthood, self-esteem, and body image.
