Helping You Live The Life You Want

What is Relational Therapy?

Relational Therapy is a place of growth, self-love, and self-acceptance.  It is a freer state, in which you are not constantly judging and finding fault in yourself.  Relational Therapy is about your development as a person, and as a person in relationship.  We are all engaged in multiple complex relationships.  Relationships to our thoughts, our emotions, our identities, our sexuality, our bodies, our spirituality, our partners, our family, our friends, our earth, etc.  Navigating those relationships determines how we feel and the quality of our lives.  Relational Therapy is about your relationships, and about living a life of meaning, enjoyment, and honest and deep connection.

I am extremely passionate about helping people achieve personal happiness and success in their lives.  I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and I specialize in helping people to remove the barriers that limit their experiences.  Sometimes we all feel lost and wonder, What the * am I doing with my life?  My approach centers around working closely with you in a process oriented way. In this way we can align your life in optimal ways, to create a life in service of your dreams.  Therapy is a meaningful, fun, enriching, and enjoyable process of self-actualization.  The benefits of therapy are tremendous, and typically include increased self-confidence and a reduction in anxiety.
